DELIVERY                                                                                               

Order confirmations include general information about the order. You will then receive a separate email with the Shipping Confirmation and tracking number to track your order on our shipping company's website by checking the expected delivery date.

Delivery will take place to the address you indicated when ordering.

It is your sole responsibility to enable us to deliver the goods to that address and therefore you must be available to accept such delivery on the agreed delivery date. If it is not possible to deliver the products due to conditions at the place of delivery, for example because access to the address is inadequate or for any reason beyond our control, (including your absence), you undertake to pay the costs additional costs reasonably charged for storage and re-delivery, including administration fees to rearrange delivery. We will inform you of these costs as soon as possible, and you can decide whether to reconfirm the order, including additional costs, or cancel it.                                                                                               

If you cancel your order, we will refund you the purchase price of the goods and accept the deduction of the original delivery costs as compensation for the time and expense incurred as a result of non-delivery. Once the goods have been delivered, you become the owners and from that moment the goods are under your responsibility.


This means that you will be responsible for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction.

We invite you, at the time of delivery, to check the conditions of the packaging and make sure that the number of packages delivered is correct. Missing items will be reordered and damaged/incorrect items will be returned and, subject to these Terms of Sale, replaced and delivered free of charge.

NEONOPTIC.COM offers shipping alternatives based on the place of destination: throughout Switzerland and for NON-EU areas via our trusted freight forwarders DPD; for the European community the service is offered with SDA and UPS. You can also decide whether to use a Standard or Express service. Shipments may be delayed due to unforeseeable circumstances.

 

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Generally the processing process of the ordered products takes 24/48 hours up to a maximum of 7 working days for customized products (custom) for some countries. You can check the status of your order at any time on your account pages.

 Deliveries are made during working days, excluding public holidays in the country of delivery. The Customer must therefore consider public holidays in force in his country, region and municipality of residence as holidays.

If you live in mountainous or isolated areas, depending on the shipper's capabilities, shipping the products will take longer; in this case Neotric srl assumes no responsibility for delivery delays. 

 

PLEASE NOTE for SWITZERLAND / UK / USA / MEXICO / CANADA / AUSTRALIA / SOUTH AFRICA / ASIA  / UNITED ARAB EMIRATES countries,  import duties and taxes that may be applied by local customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
