Below are the terms and conditions of sale that apply to purchases of goods made via the website www.neonoptic.com.

The goods sold through the site are supplied by NEOTRIC SRL which is based in Porlezza, Via delle Noci 7 B (CO), Italy.

In addition to the above Terms of Sale, other legal provisions are defined in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

We invite you to read the aforementioned Terms carefully before making any purchase on Our Site.

These terms may be changed from time to time and will apply to all new orders placed after such changes are posted.

Although we try to ensure maximum accuracy in the information on the Website, including descriptions of goods and prices indicated, errors may occur. We will try to correct such errors promptly and will communicate these corrections to the Customer when we believe that such errors may have affected the order itself. The Customer will have the option to reconfirm his order at the correct price or cancel it.

The Customer must know that:

- the photos and images contained in the Website have a purely illustrative purpose and it is essential to refer to the corresponding description of each item;
- all goods are subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time;
- the colors of the products as shown on the Website depend on numerous factors e.g. settings of the display itself may therefore vary;
- the promotions on our Website are available exclusively from Us;

We have the right at any time to modify the Website and the right to discontinue the sale of any item or items through it, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We will not be liable to the User for any modification or interruption of the availability of the site itself.



The goods sold on our Site are intended solely for the private end use of consumers and are not intended for resale or commercial distribution. The Customer declares to purchase the products as a consumer.

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the information provided to Neotric Srl at the time of the request or order is accurate and complete.

All purchase orders sent by the Customer are subject to the consent of Neotric Srl. Neotric Srl reserves the right not to accept an order at its sole discretion. Here are some examples of circumstances where an order may not be accepted:

- The Products, although shown on the Site, are not available;
- We are unable to obtain payment authorization from the Customer;
- A Product is subject to certain shipping limits;
- A Product displayed on the Site contains an obvious error, for example an incorrect price or an otherwise incorrect description;

Once the order has been placed, the Customer will receive an email from Neotric Srl a notification of acceptance containing the order number and the data of the Products ordered.

The Products delivered will remain the property of Neotric Srl until the Customer has paid all amounts due under the agreement, including the payment of costs of any early or delayed deliveries. The Customer will not be able to sell, dispose of or prevent access to the Products until he has acquired full ownership of them.

Personal information, such as contact details that the Customer provides during the order process, will be stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

In the event that one or more provisions established in these Conditions of Sale or in the additional Policies are deemed invalid by the competent authority, the remaining provisions of the Conditions of Sale and the additional Policies will remain in force as far as possible and the Customer will always be bound by them.



You can return all the items purchased online, or part of them within 14 days of receiving the order by contacting customer support in advance by sending an email to shop@neonoptic.com . We are available to support you with information throughout the process.

The 14-day withdrawal period is calculated starting from the day on which the Customer, or third parties appointed by him, excluding the courier, has/have taken possession of the items.

To meet the deadline of the withdrawal period, the Customer must inform Neotric Srl of your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has ended. The Customer must return the products at his own expense to the address indicated via email by customer support.

Please note: personalized products, as they are created specifically for the Customer, cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If the Customer decides to withdraw from the contract, the payment made will be refunded. It is possible to obtain a refund on returned Products only if the return occurs in compliance with our criteria. The Customer will have to compensate for any decrease in the value of the items if this is due to improper treatment by the Customer during the verification of the items. In the case of Neotric Srl discovers that one or more parts of the goods are missing, the company reserves the right not to accept the returned product, or to charge the cost of the missing parts. For the refund, the same payment method chosen by the Customer during the first transaction will be used. The refund will be made after inspection of the products and will be net of transport costs.



If you wish to exchange a Product, please contact support by sending an email to shop@neonoptic.com . Before proceeding with the replacement it is necessary to receive the product at the address indicated by assistance. If the replacement product has the same value, we will ship it; if the replacement product has a higher value, it will be shipped as soon as we receive the price difference; If the replacement product has a lower value, we will refund the difference and ship it. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, we invite you to read the "shipping" page.


If all the above conditions have been met, we will refund the total purchase price of the returned items (original shipping costs cannot be refunded).

The refund will be made after the return has been received and passed through quality control.

Please remember that refunds can only be credited to the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

The refund procedure can last from 7 to 14 days from the date of receipt of the items, depending on the payment method used.
