It is solely up to you to enable us to deliver the goods to that address and therefore you must be available to accept such delivery on the established delivery date. If it is not possible to deliver the products due to the conditions of the place of delivery, because for example access to the address is not adequate or for any reason beyond our control, (including your absence), you undertake to pay the costs additional reasonably charged for storage and redelivery, including administration fees for rearranging the delivery.
We will inform you of these costs as soon as possible, and you can decide whether to reconfirm the order, including additional charges, or cancel it.
If you cancel your order, we will compensate you for the purchase price of the goods, but accepting the withholding of the original delivery costs as compensation for the time and expenses incurred due to non-delivery. Once the goods have been delivered, you become the owner and from that moment the goods are your responsibility.
This means that you will be responsible for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction.
At the time of delivery, we invite you to check the conditions of the packaging and make sure that the number of packages delivered is correct. Missing items will be reordered and damaged / incorrect items must be returned and, under these Terms of Sale, replaced and delivered free of charge.
Neonoptic.com offers two shipping alternatives throughout Italy through our trusted freight forwarders FedEx and Gls; for abroad the service is offered with DHL. You can also decide whether to use a Standard or Express service. Shipments may be delayed due to unforeseeable circumstances.
