DATA SUBJECT TO PROCESSING
For security reasons, and in order to fulfill specific legal obligations, the users' technical connection data is recorded in text files stored in the server's memory (so-called log files).
The log files record a series of technical data such as:

- date and time of access;
- page displayed;
- any web page of origin;
- browser and operating system used.
These data make it possible to trace the identity of the connection holder, but this only following particular technical checks that can only be performed by the judicial authority. In no case our employees will be able to autonomously trace the identity of visitors through such navigation data and in no case will the reunification with other sources of data possibly in our possession be carried out in order to trace the navigation paths of specific users.

DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY
Specific information will be provided whenever access to certain services is subject to a registration procedure which provides for the communication of the user's personal data.
This provision of data can sometimes be performed by the user in a simplified way through "connection" procedures with external services (such as Facebook Connect) which will, after the explicit consent of the interested party, automatically send us and electronically the data necessary for the provision of the requested service.

PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
We use navigation data and data voluntarily provided to us by users only for the purposes for which the data was collected. It should be noted, however, that failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.
